Main Feature:

● Effectively inhibit the growth and reproduction of many Gram-positive bacteria that cause food spoilage, especially heat-resistant Bacillus and Clostridium botulinum. The spores produced have a strong inhibitory effect.

● It can lower food sterilization temperature, shorten sterilization time, improve food quality, reduce nutritional damage, and extend storage time.

● Low usage and high cost performance.

Applications:

● Adding 100-200mg/kg Nisin to meat enema can meet the shelf life requirements.

● Adding 100-150mg/kg Nisin to canned meat can meet the shelf life requirements.

● Adding 40-60mg/kg Nisin to yogurt can inhibit post-acidification and will not affect the fermentation of solidified yogurt.

● Adding 100-250mg/kg Nisin to milk drinks can meet the shelf life requirements.

● Adding 50-100mg/kg Nisin to juice can meet the shelf life requirements.
